Understanding your plan renewal and Credit allocation timing is important for managing your Workdone account:
- Plans are renewed on the same date each month (or year for annual plans)
- Credits are added to your account immediately upon renewal
- You'll receive a notification before your renewal date
- If you change plans mid-cycle, the new Credit allocation is prorated
- Unused rolled over Credits from the previous month are added first
- You can view your next renewal date in your account settings
Keep track of your renewal date to ensure you always have enough Credits for bidding on tasks. If you need more Credits before renewal, you can always purchase additional ones.
