How do I delete my account?

We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to delete your Workdone account. Before proceeding, please consider the following important information:

  • Account deletion is irreversible and will permanently remove all your data from our system.
  • Any ongoing tasks or payments should be resolved before deletion to avoid complications.
  • Your reviews, both given and received, will be anonymized but remain on the platform.
  • If you're facing issues with the app, consider contacting our support team first for assistance.

If you've considered these points and still wish to proceed, follow these detailed steps to delete your Workdone account:

  • Log in to your account in the Workdone app
  • Tap on your profile icon located in the top right corner of the screen
  • Select 'Personal Information' from the dropdown menu
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap on 'Delete Account'
  • Read through the account deletion information carefully
  • If required, provide a reason for leaving (this helps us improve our service)
  • Enter your password to confirm your identity
  • Tap on 'Confirm Account Deletion'
  • You'll receive a confirmation email; click the link in the email to finalize the deletion process

After confirming deletion, please allow up to 30 days for all your data to be completely removed from our systems. During this period, you can still recover your account by logging in and following the reactivation prompts.
